Default Old Glory!

The attach file is a CAD file of our beloved flag. It contains 6 layers as follow:
(1) Flag pole-Active
(2) Stripes area-Active
(3) Stars area-Active
(4) Flag pole cutout-Blanked
(5) Stars area cutout-Blanked
(6) Stripes area cutout-Blanked

Using a .0625 EM with a step over of .03 the tool path (that now is blanked out) will cut around the inside profiles. If you machie this part out of Aluminum and cut everything about .03 deep and then fill the cut outs with Epoxy paint as needed, after 24 hrs lap it on 400 emery paper (sand paper) you will have a nice part. Add a ellipse around it to cut the outside and now you will have a nice plate that you can us for anything (How about a trailer hitch cover...?)
Enjoy

Nice piece of Hardware Two weeks ago I saw a 36" Monitor at Best Buy. LOL, the little woman had to drag me out of the store by my ear before I could get the Credit Card out. Maybe in about 5 years.
